Your first paid charge, protected

A 14-day no-questions refund applies to your first paid charge only; no exam result or practice threshold is required for that policy. Pass-or-refund covers the first paid charge only. Renewals are never refunded. Gift purchases are excluded, and gift sales are final. Eligible pass-or-refund claims provide a refund of your first paid charge, subject to the published study, exam-result, and claim-window requirements on the MPJE guarantee page.

Current pass-or-refund eligibility thresholds and claim windows are displayed in the app when available. The separate 14-day no-questions policy requires no exam result or study threshold.
