DEA Form 222 / electronic order — Schedule I–II

Claim

A DEA Form 222 or its DEA-compliant electronic equivalent is required for each distribution of a Schedule I or II controlled substance, with listed exceptions (e.g., certain exports, analytical lab deliveries, central-fill to retail).

Ordering C-I/C-II from a supplier: Form 222 or CSOS electronic order. Techs may execute only under a valid power of attorney when the registrant authorizes it.
