Claim

Under the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act, regulated sellers may not sell more than 3.6 grams (base) of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine to a purchaser per day; it is unlawful for a person to knowingly purchase more than 9 grams at retail in a 30-day period (mail-order 30-day seller limit is 7.5 g).
